If you are dissatisfied with your digital art rendering, simply return the artwork in the original packaging along with a note explaining your dissatisfaction and we will re-edit the image or refund you the purchase price of the artwork (refunds exclude shipping charges).
If your artwork arrives damaged we will work with you to replace the rendering, matting, frame or glass as quickly as possible. All shipping involved in resolving damage claims is free.
In the very unlikely event that original photo materials are damaged during shipping to or from Waterpainter.com, Waterpainter.com cannot take responsibility for replacing any media other than the digital art rendering and framing materials. Your orders are insured through UPS for the value of the framed watercolor rendering ONLY. For this reason we suggest that you take care to ensure that original negatives and one-of-a-kind photos are packaged and shipped with care and forethought, or you can check with your local photo finisher about having quality, gloss copy prints made. Rest assured that we will treat your photo materials with the utmost respect and care while they are in our possession. |
